- Extraer Partition2/SYSFILES/main.dol.

For English Wii Community:

ReturnerS has published a simple application which we can cheat the automatic detection system language of our Wii´s, that is if we have a different regionWii from ours and therefore, with another automatic language detection, we can do that when playing a game in our region, we can play with language comes to us better (if the game has it ...).

This is achieved by forcing the game to run with the language we want instead of the language that runs the default system console Wii.

Where most shows the usefulness of the application, I think that is undoubtedly, in systems NTSC-U/NTSC-J, when we play PAL games multi-languages, which only English is the language that we can play as default language. So with this simple program we could put the other languages that the game brings like default languages and the system Wii does not recognize.

How to use it:
- Open ISO with Trucha Signer.
- Extract Partition2/SYSFILES/main.dol.
- Drag&drop the main.dol to wglp.exe.
- Select a language (For example, if you patch an NTSC-U game, please select [1] en).
- Replace Partition2/SYSFILES/main.dol with the patched one and re-sign it.
- Burn and play.

Tested with some games and apparently works perfectly, except in some games that don´t have the chosen language. The result in this games is a partial or bad translation (For example, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicle (USA), putting the language code to 1 (eng), everything is in English, including the home button interface. But when you try some codes of European languages, it still displays English except the health warning screens and home button interface ).

Greetings to entire Wii-scene community.
